View source for The Neon Shader

This new shader is located on the baseshape editor Color Tab. When you enable the shader, a neon glow is added to the baseshape. The glow will be visible when you save the fractal image.
The parameters are:
* '''Color''', the RGB color definition of the neon glow. 
* '''Intensity''', This parameter controls the brightness intensity of the glow.
